Yamameh; Yamameh Lilkitab's book store online, adopts a no-refund policy, but when a case arises where we fail to deliver online or physically a product to our customer; electronic product may it be or otherwise, due to a short-coming on our part, Yamameh will follow up the matter case by case and decides on the action to take based on its no-refund policy.  Yamameh; Yamameh Lilkitab, is not in any way responsible for postal delays or any problems pertaining to shipment or client dis-satisfaction, Yamameh is also not in any way responsible for problems of any kind pertaining to our host program (website provider).
